Welcome

The Notting Hill East Neighbourhood Forum (NHENF) was established by members of the Westbourne Neighbourhood Association (WNA) in 2014.  We operate as if we were a hybrid society, but technically co-exist as the Westbourne Neighbourhood Association – a recognised City of Westminster amenity society, and the Notting Hill East Neighbourhood Forum – established in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 to increase public participation in the planning process.

Our purpose is to –

• Protect the existing environment and comment on proposed changes
• Produce the statutory plan for the area and develop policies and programmes on related matters
• Promote a sense of community through social and informational activities
• Liaise with the local authority and other forums and organisations for the benefit of our area.
